LeatherBack Ledger issue no.1 - Forge Notes. Anvil and hammer

Leatherback Ledger · Vol. 1 No. 01 — Forge Notes

Welcome, Legends.

Here’s what’s been bubbling up from the forge this week — a little progress, a few experiments, and plenty of cozy creative energy.

⚙️ What’s New

The studio’s been getting a well-deserved structural polish. You’ll now find clear categories across the site — Made by TurtleCraft, Digital, and Studio Staples — designed to make browsing smoother and the chaos just a little calmer. It’s a small update, but one that helps everything feel more like a working studio and less like a maze of ideas.

Meanwhile, our first wave of studio mugs is officially out of the press! Each one is carefully hand-aligned, transferred, and fired with care right here in-house. The finish is smooth, the prints are crisp, and every mug carries a little bit of TurtleCraft persistence baked into the glaze.

And for our creator friends — both kids and adults — our Coloring Packs have gone live! These printable designs were made to help you unwind, find focus, and share a few calm, creative moments.

🔥 Behind the Press (1-Minute Read)

Every mug is a miniature trial by fire. Each transfer is aligned by hand, every print is proofed, and each curve is tested to make sure colors stay vivid through heat and time. It’s equal parts patience, practice, and a touch of that TurtleCraft stubbornness that refuses to settle for “good enough.”

☕ Also Brewing

New ideas are quietly simmering — including a candles + coffee lineup for Studio Staples. Think soft light, fresh brews, and little pieces of comfort designed to make your workspace feel alive.
