This website is operated by TurtleCraft Studio LLC (“TurtleCraft Studio,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink (e.g., our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy). These Terms apply to all users of the Site.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version; your continued use constitutes acceptance.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
Additional policies are incorporated by reference, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, Supplement Use & Safety, Digital Products Policy, User-Generated Content Permission, and any ‘Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information’ opt-out page.
1) ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Site. You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination.
2) GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment card data) may be transferred unencrypted over networks and modified to conform to technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
3) ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS
Information on the Site may not always be accurate, complete, or current and is provided for general information only. We may modify Site contents at any time without obligation to update information. Your reliance on Site material is at your own risk.
4) MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE & PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part/content) without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
5) PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Some products or Services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (see: /policies/refund-policy). We strive to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee display accuracy on your device. We reserve the right to limit sales of products/Services to any person, region, or jurisdiction; to limit quantities; to discontinue products; and to change descriptions or pricing at any time.
Made-to-order & partner-fulfilled items. Certain items are produced after purchase and/or shipped by our U.S. production partners. Do not send returns directly to any manufacturer or print vendor. Always follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Studio-made items. Items we make/stock ourselves are returnable per the Return & Refund Policy if unused and in original packaging.
Consumables (e.g., coffee, dietary supplements). For safety and quality reasons, consumables are final sale once shipped except in cases of damage/defect or incorrect item, as detailed in the Return & Refund Policy.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material will meet expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
6) ORDERING, BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders with the same billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update such information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

7) SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
We currently sell and ship to the United States only (unless otherwise stated on the Site). Posted shipping windows are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address shown as “delivered” by the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us and the carrier; resolutions are handled case-by-case under our Return & Refund Policy.
8) OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to third-party tools or services over which we have no control. You acknowledge that we provide access “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional tools/services is entirely at your own risk and subject to the providers’ terms. We may offer new features/services in the future; such additions are subject to these Terms.
9) THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Third-party links on the Site may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party sites and disclaim any liability for such materials or transactions. Review third-party terms and policies before you engage in any transaction.
10) USER CONTENT, REVIEWS & SUBMISSIONS
If you submit content (e.g., reviews, ideas, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any medium, without obligation to compensate you or keep submissions confidential. We may monitor, edit, or remove content at our discretion.
You represent that your submissions do not violate any rights of third parties (including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark), are not unlawful, abusive, obscene, or harmful, and do not contain malware. You may not mislead us or others as to the origin of submissions. You are solely responsible for your submissions.
11) PERSONAL INFORMATION & PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy (see: /policies/privacy-policy).
12) ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
Occasionally information on the Site or in the Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability). We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you submit your order). Except as required by law, we undertake no obligation to update or clarify information.
13) PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions stated in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for unlawful purposes; (b) to solicit unlawful acts; (c) to violate any laws or regulations; (d) to infringe our or others’ intellectual property rights; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect or track personal information of others without consent; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for obscene or immoral purposes; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent security features. We may terminate your use of the Service for any prohibited use.
14) HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER (CONSUMABLES)
Any statements about dietary supplements or wellness products are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. They have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read labels and consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or having a medical condition. Keep products out of reach of children. You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for you.
15) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. You agree that the Service and all products delivered through the Service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurtleCraft Studio and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, arising from your use of the Service or any products procured using the Service, even if advised of the possibility. In jurisdictions that do not allow such exclusions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TurtleCraft Studio and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
17) SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.
18) TERMINATION
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the Site. If we believe you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. We may also deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
19) ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site (including the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
20) GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to the Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
