Leatherback Ledger Vol. 1, No. 9 - Keeping the Workshop Warm

Welcome back to the workshop.

March was… a lot.

I won’t dress that up or pretend it wasn’t. Between life, responsibilities, and everything happening behind the scenes, progress didn’t look the way I originally planned — but the important part is this:

The workshop didn’t go cold.

Even when things slow down, even when focus gets pulled in a hundred directions, showing up at all still counts., And we didn't just show up we made significant progress on a large 3D print design project. That’s something I’m learning in real time.

🐢 This Month’s Drop

Instead of overloading things this month, I wanted to keep it simple and useful.

🎁 April Freebie: Spring Turtle Coloring Page

Keeping things simple this month — a relaxing spring scene to print and enjoy.

Take a few minutes, slow down, and color something.

🔨 What’s Happening in the Studio

Even with a slower pace, things are still taking shape:

  • Digital downloads are continuing to grow (quietly but steadily)

  • Structure for categories is getting tighter and more intentional

  • The foundation is being laid for something bigger — even if it doesn’t look flashy yet

This stage isn’t about speed.
It’s about getting it right.

🌱 A Small Thought for April

You don’t need a full plan.

You don’t need everything figured out.

You just need one thing you can move forward.

That’s it.

☕ This Month’s Recipe

  • 1 cup cold brew or chilled coffee

  • 1–2 tsp vanilla syrup

  • Splash of milk or cream

  • Ice

Mix, sip, repeat.

🧭 Looking Ahead

April is about rebuilding rhythm.

Not rushing.
Not forcing.
Just showing up again.

If you’re still here — you’re already doing better than you think.

More soon.
