First Press: Studio-Made Mugs (Behind the Scenes)

From sketch to sip
Every mug starts as a sketch, then a cleaned-up design sized to the blank (we print one master, test and tweak, then create as orders arrive).

The press dance

• Prep and lint-roll the blank

• Align the print (heat-safe tape, no air bubbles)

• Press, cool, inspect, and re-press if needed

• Finish with a gentle rinse + dry

Why we do it this way
Small runs keep quality high and waste low. If it leaves the studio, it’s good enough to live in ours.

Care tips
Hand-wash for the longest life; avoid scour pads on the print.
